Shell Rotella SuperRigs will be featured on the deck lid of the No. 29 Shell
Pennzoil car of Kevin Harvick at the May 16 NASCAR Sprint Cup race at Dover
International Speedway. The very visible deck lid will let people know that the
28th Shell Rotella SuperRigs rolls into the LEE HI Travel Plaza in Lexington,
Va. from June 10-12. The deck lid will be upfor auction during Shell Rotella
SuperRigs and will benefit the Rockbridge, Va., area YMCA.
In addition, Shell Rotella will sponsor National Tractor Pull Association (NTPA)
competitors Larry and Adam Koester this season. The Shell Rotella Energized
Protection tractor will make its debut at Shell Rotella SuperRigs. Multi-time
NTPA mini-modified division champion Larry Koester will attend all three days of
the event.
Shell Rotella SuperRigs is the premier truck beauty contest for actively working
trucks. Owner-operators from across the United States and Canada will compete
for cash and prizes valued at $25,000. Additionally, 12 lucky drivers will be
selected to have their trucks featured in the 2011 Shell Rotella SuperRigs
calendar.
